The District Board met this morning to discuss water supply and decide on a date for storage releases. MID will begin releasing water out of Fish lake this week. We intend to ramp up the flows in the canals throughout the week and begin flushing laterals in anticipation of scheduling deliveries starting Monday the 27th. Once the system is up and running, the ditch riders will be setting up schedules and rotations. TID decided they will start flushing canals on Monday, June 27th, and begin deliveries on Tuesday, July 5th. At that time we should have water through our entire system and rotations should be set up. We appreciate your patience as we work to make the most beneficial use of the water supply we have this season.
