Prior to founding Grestoni Vineyards a 300-acre Vineyard in Southern Oregon’s Rogue Valley in 2018, Angelo Grestoni was an original member of Catapult Investment Group, a private equity buyout firm focused on middle market, traditional-economy, manufacturing concerns. Mr. Grestoni serves as an officer and director of CIG Management Co., Inc., Neilsen-Kuljian, Inc. (trading as “NK Technologies”). Previously Mr. Grestoni served as an officer and director of Star Tool & Engineering Co., Inc. (where he was President and CEO), D & H Manufacturing Company (where he was also President and CEO) and CDS Engineering Inc. (where he was also President and CEO). Mr. Grestoni is also a Managing Member of each of the Catapult Investment Group holding companies. From 1991 through 1995 Mr. Grestoni served as Vice President, Finance and Administration and Chief Financial Officer of Wall Data, Inc., a publicly traded provider of connectivity software products. In March 1993, Mr. Grestoni led the successful initial public offering of Wall Data and was also responsible for various acquisitions and strategic investments/alliances in which Wall Data participated. From 1987 through 1991 Mr. Grestoni held a number of senior managerial positions at Memorex Telex, NV. (Including CFO) From 1981 through 1987 Mr. Grestoni served as Controller to Burroughs Canada's Winnipeg based disk drive manufacturing facility. Mr. Grestoni received his Bachelor of Commerce, with honors in Corporate Finance from the University of Manitoba, in Winnipeg Canada. Mr. Grestoni is also a Certified Management Accountant, with the American Institute of Management Accountants.
In addition to serving on the MID board, Mr. Grestoni is a founding member of the Oregon Wine Council, a legislative advocacy organization.
